Live Video

Due to security settings on some browsers, the Loronix Live Control may not download and install automatically!
Follow these instructions to insure that the Loronix Live Control is setup properly:

Internet Explorer (version 3.02 or greater)


	Codecs are best supported using Windows 2000 and above

	Download the Loronix Controls: CCTVwareSDK.exe (1.52MB)
	Locate the downloaded .Exe file. This needs to be clicked on once the file is saved to the users PC so that the Codecs are installed properly.

Netscape Navigator (version 4.0 or greater)


	To add ActiveX control support to Netscape, download the Esker ActiveX plug-in for Netscape.
	Download and install the Loronix Controls: CCTVwareSDK.exe (1.52MB)
	Locate the downloaded .Exe file. This needs to be clicked on once the file is saved to the users PC so that the Codecs are installed properly.

Troubleshoot Live Video

Why do I see where the Live Video is supposed to be?

Security settings in Internet Explorer are set too high or low to install control. Downloading and running CCTVwareSDK.exe from the link above should resolve the problem.

Attempting to use version of IE prior to version 3.02. Upgrade to IE4 or greater.

Attempting to use Netscape. Netscape does not support ActiveX controls. Follow the steps above to resolve the problem.
